Who we are.

Paarth-Setu Education ("we", "us") runs the website paarthsetu.in and offers live online one-to-one learning. You can reach us at info@paarthsetu.in or on WhatsApp at +91 86191 42809.

Information we collect.

When you send an enquiry, we collect the parent or guardian's name, WhatsApp number, email address (optional), the student's class, the course of interest, your optional message, and the page from which you sent the form. To protect the form from misuse, we also store a scrambled (hashed) version of your connection's IP address. The original address cannot be read from it.

How we use your information.

• To reply to your enquiry and contact you on WhatsApp.
• To guide you about courses, mentors and the demo class.
• To keep records of enquiries and improve our service.
• To prevent spam and misuse of the form.

Your consent.

We collect this information with your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@paarthsetu.in.

Who can see your information.

Enquiries are visible only to authorised members of the Paarth-Setu team through a password-protected admin area. We do not sell your information. We use trusted service providers to run the website: a hosting provider, a database provider (MongoDB Atlas), an email delivery provider (Resend) and an image provider (Cloudinary). They process data only to provide their services to us.

Storage and security.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

How long we keep it.

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep reasonable records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Children.

This website is meant for parents and guardians. If a student is under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to send the enquiry form.

Cookies.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy.

Your rights.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to withdraw your consent, by emailing info@paarthsetu.in. We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
